Mignonette Flowers was born from a longing to return to the simple, elegant pleasures of life… the kind I came to know and love during the years I spent living in France.

There, I learned the joy of a few fresh-cut blooms in an antique vase, an afternoon “goûter” with an espresso, the reverence for local “terroir” — what’s grown and cherished in each unique corner of the country. Whether it’s flowers, cheese, wine, or any other tradition, this honoring of the everyday left a lasting impression on me.

After years in the fast-paced world of advertising, I longed for something slower. I realized that my lifelong hobby as a weekend florist suddenly offered the perfect intersection of creativity, storytelling, and the client care I’ve always loved.

That longing became Mignonette Flowers — a floral design studio inspired by the subtle beauty of our everyday lives. I’m constantly drawing inspiration from unexpected places - a patch of NYC sidewalk overgrown with spring wildflowers, the vintage charm of my favorite coffeeshop down the street, or the simple, delicate abundance of a climbing wild rose vine outside our fire escape. I approach floral design with an emphasis on seasonality, natural movement, and subtle detail.
