Mignonette Flowers was born from a longing to return to the simple, elegant pleasures of life, the kind I came to know and love during the years I spent living in France.

There, I learned the joy of a few fresh-cut blooms in an antique vase, an afternoon “goûter” with an espresso, the reverence for local “terroir” — what’s grown, gathered, and cherished in each unique corner of the country. Whether it’s flowers, cheese, wine, or traditions, this honoring of the everyday left a lasting impression on me.

After years in the fast-paced world of advertising, I longed for something slower — something grounded in beauty, seasonality, and the joy of working with my hands. Flowers offered the perfect intersection of creativity, storytelling, and the client care I’ve always loved.

That longing became Mignonette — a floral design studio shaped by the subtle beauty of our everyday lives. We draw inspiration from unexpected places - overgrown garden paths, sun-warmed linens, the vintage charm of our neighborhood bistro, or the delicate abundance of a climbing wild rose vine. We approach floral design with an emphasis on seasonality, natural movement, and subtle detail.
